Week 30: Ben Gibbard
The name is probably familiar if you’re a fan of Death Cab for Cutie or The Postal Service, which are both bands that Gibbard has led. Meanwhile, I’m a girl of limited interest and love some of his solo stuff which has the acoustic indie flair that you find in most of the music I share here–including this one. My favorite: Carolina. Turn it up. And count your blessings if you’re lucky enough to be in Carolina this morning.
