Chuck Swindoll has similar advice.
“HE is the potter, we are the clay.” Sometimes you forget that fact when you’re praying so ardently for plans that you think are right in your life. You can direct His direction in your life.
I’ve been humbled lately to be reminded that He’s got this. His plan. Not mine.
Reminder to self: “We are responders, not initiators.”
